The LWA (Lost Wages Assistance) Program, authorized by Presidential Memorandum, provides up to $400 per week in additional benefits. $300 is funded at the federal level while 25% ($100) is optional and contributed by the state if it chooses to do so. Most states do not have the budget to add the extra $100 so the stimulus benefit total for most claimants will be $300. To be eligible for the extra benefits, one must receive at least $100 as part of his or her regular UI, meaning that those who receive less than $100 state WBA are ineligible for this stimulus. This is in contrast to the $600 FPUC where everyone who was eligible for at least $1 in benefits would receive the extra funds. The LWA is funded by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

UPDATE: We've received lots of emails asking about the "NOT PAID" status.
To clarify, "NOT PAID" simply means state has not yet applied to FEMA for funds. Once applied and approved, it will switch to "PAYMENT PENDING". So you should continue to certify as usual every week even if status is NOT PAID, and check back often for updates.
Notice: Due to increasing demand for the Online Career Workshops and to help everybody maintain eligibility for unemployment benefits and comply with job search requirements, we offer the promo code SAVE30 for 30% off the ALL ACCESS workshops program. Limited Time. More info here.

Table Columns

Amt: This is the total amount that will be added to your WBA (Weekly Benefit Amount). For most states it will be $300. For some states, this will be $400. If a state has opted out of the LWA program or otherwise has chosen not to implement it, this amount will be $0.
Add This will be "Y" if the state is contributing its portion of $100, or "N" otherwise. Note that some states have expressed intentions to add the $100, only to later retract that decision. Thus, for all states this value will be "N" until an official announcement has been made regarding the contribution.
Status:
NOT PAID: The state has not yet applied, and/or FEMA has not yet approved the state for the grant.
PRE-APPLICATION: The state officially announced its intent and/or is in process of applying for the grant.
APPLIED: The state has submitted its LWA application to FEMA.
PAYMENT PENDING: FEMA has approved the state for the grant, but money has not been paid yet to the unemployment claimants.
PAID: State has completed implementation of the LWA and the money is being paid effective the latest certification.
PAID / DEPLETED: All payments have been issued but funds have been depleted and no additional weeks will be paid.
DECLINED: State has chosen not to implement the LWA.
DENIED: FEMA has denied the state's request for LWA funds.
Paydate:
This is the date when the state will start paying. If date is green and in the past, payment has already started on that date. Otherwise, it is in red and is an ESTIMATED date based on all available information from the state. This can still change and move back or forward if states implement the new payments faster or if there are any issues that would cause delay. If it says "unknown" then it means there is not enough information to provide an estimate. This column will be constantly updated as new information is received, so check frequently.
Wks Paid: How many weeks have already been paid.
Unpaid How many weeks are yet to be paid.
Deplete:
N: Funds still available, payments for additional weeks likely to be approved.
Y: Funds have been depleted. No more LWA payments are approved for this state.
Change: This is the date in which the status was last changed to the current status for the state.
Make sure to maintain unemployment work search requirements compliance.
NEW: Work Search Audit Protection now included in our program! More info.
FOR PARENTS: All kids should be enrolled in RemoteLearning.school to avoid a possible lapse in their education.
