You can choose to get paid using Way2Go Debit Card or using direct deposit.

Debit card is usually received within 10 days of first payment.

You need to "Claim your week" (or in other words, certify) every two weeks to acknowledge you are still eligible

You can apply if your earnings have been substantially reduced even if you were not completely laid off. But if you make more than $275 a week you are not eligible for Reemployment Assistance benefits.
