FOR PARENTS: We recommend all parents enroll their kids to RemoteLearning.school's Kids Education Enrichment Program (K.E.E.P) for children ages 5-17, an online supplemental program to Remote, Hybrid, and/or in-person learning, to help prevent them from falling behind on their education. For that purpose, we are making available a $15-off school voucher that can be used to purchase the lifetime membership. Use code "STIMULUS2021" Sign Up Here.

  • Advice/Tips:

  • When you call, press 1 immediately after pressing 1 to select English, it will skip you to the end of the recorded message and immediately tell you whether they will bounce you for high call volume. Saves about a minute each call attempt, so maybe helps you call back faster
  • The Spanish-speaking line has much less traffic you can try calling that one instead if you speak Spanish.
  • check dates and send back any requests for info/verification ASAP, and report your hours/income accurately as you request payments. As soon as you get a PIN, login to My UI Claimant page and check the 'Forms' tab - there is a form called UIB-1, Verification of Personal Info, which has a date by which it must be received at CDLE. You need to print, sign, and fax or mail back to CDLE in Denver (address is on the form). If you miss that date, they may not be able to pay benefits from before it is received
